Hi Guys,
I am bringing two teams over from North Queensland (Hamilton Island is next door) and we arrive about the 14th August. We have the first 4 nights booked at The Renoir in town but we are looking for something a bit more convenient after that.Like the rest of society we have been bitten by the Global crisis so 5* is not a necessity.
There will be four 25 year olds and myself, a young lad of 53. I sailed a few races with Hubert Guy in Adelaide and I am sure he would vouch for my non- smoking, impeccibly clean life-style.We are all very excited about coming over and keen to tell you all about Hamilton Island the site of the Worlds in 2011.
I would hope that we would be able to be of reciprocal assistance in North Queensland, to anyone who can help us whilst we are in San Francisco.

A good place to look is sfbay.craigslist.org/vac/ but probably closer to the time. The St Francis YC is also looking into bilets and yachts in the harbor to stay on.

Some additional info. if you need billeting we can arrange it for you once you have entered and paid, simply let us know and we will get you set up. This will be with local families and some space on boats in the Harbor.
